September 2022 Virtual Lunch & Learn: How are the Community EV Chargers Working Out Re-Cap

Update: Since mid-September the McGregor station is up and running!

On Thursday, September 8th, we hosted our fall virtual Lunch & Learn: How are the Community EV Chargers Working Out?… Missed it? Watch the recording here on your own time!

Summary:

Thanks to funds received by the Upper Mississippi Gaming Corporation, The Clayton County Energy District placed 5 electric vehicle chargers throughout the county in the cities of Strawberry Point, Elkader, Guttenberg, Marquette and McGregor, Iowa. It’s officially been a year since Clayton County was transformed from a charging station “desert” to an “oasis.” This virtual Lunch and Learn was held to give an update on how the EV chargers are working out in the community.
