Get Charged Up! EV Event Coming Soon

Upper Explorerland Regional Planning Commission (UERPC), in cooperation with Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC), Northeast Iowa Resource
Conservation & Development, Winneshiek Energy District and Luther College, are hosting the Get
Charged Up! EV Event!

This FREE, full-day event will be held on Thursday, October 13th from 9am to 4pm at NICC in Calmar (Wilder Business Center).

The event will feature a lineup of experts and panel discussions to introduce attendees to community electric vehicle (EV) readiness, EV fleet transitions, charging infrastructure deployment,
funding opportunities and more. Also, check out the EV exhibit, Ride and Drive opportunity, and
vendors!

Our goal is to bring engagement around this expanding technology to our local communities so they can
capitalize on opportunities and prepare for local impacts! Businesses, governments, institutions,
community leaders, and energy and transportation stakeholders are encouraged to attend and GET
CHARGED UP ABOUT EVs!
