Iowa Utilities Board Rules on Alliant Rate Case
The Winneshiek County Energy District worked as an intervenor in the recent ruled Alliant Energy Rate Case. Andy Johnson, the Executive Director of the WED and several other Decorah area energy experts worked together as the Docorah Area Group (DAG) to affect the outcome of the rate case. They did not join the majority of intervenors who settles.
