Visit Us at the Clayton County Fair!
The Clayton County Energy District will be at the 165th Annual Clayton County Fair in National, Iowa in the Civic Building (Thursday, August 1st – Sunday, August 4th). We will feature solar examples, along with local business member information to learn more about solar power and energy efficiency.
Be sure to bring your incandescent light bulbs to swap for energy efficient LEDs (you can switch up to 4)! As part of our initiative, we will also be providing one free LED bulb to each 4H and FFA member.
Last but not least– don’t forget to stop by to get signed up for an energy audit/weatherization (possibility of being free) and automatically get entered into our Solar Powered Camping Light drawing!
