The Clayton County Energy District and the Decorah Green Iowa AmeriCorps team are partnering with the City of Guttenberg to offer high-caliber energy audits, weatherization services, and home lighting upgrades to lower energy bills and carbon emissions in our county.
Any residential GMU customer is eligible for this service!
GMU residents qualifying for FREE audits (must be one or more):
- Low Income
- Veteran
- Senior (65+)
- Those living with a disability
GMU customers with the ability to pay special blitz rates:
- $150 for a home
- $75 for an apartment
